I’m Sarah Watts, a business coach and entrepreneur. I've:

5 Things you probably don't know about me
I never set out to become a business coach - I become one because I couldn't stand watching brilliant people burn out in businesses they'd poured their heart into. I wanted to help people build businesses that give more than they take.
I started & ran a very successful travel business for four years, planned holidays that changed people’s lives and learned every tough business lesson the hard way. That experience still shapes how I coach today.
Beekeeping keeps me grounded. There’s something about the rhythm of the hive and the quiet focus it requires that reminds me to slow down and stay present.
I’m motorbike-obsessed. When I need to clear my head, there’s nothing better than hitting the road on two wheels. That’s where I do some of my best thinking.
I’m fiercely loyal to the people I work with. If we work together, I’ll care about your business like it’s my own. I’ll back you, challenge you, and help you see what’s possible — even on the days you can’t see it yourself.
